Negative: We struggled a little to do the check in which was around 11pm because there was no office and we didnt read we had to go to another building

Negative: smells of smoke, very expensive for no reason at time (especially when it houses a lot of scummy people residentially) men constantly loitering and staring

Positive: The location was great. Within walking distance of many restaurants and grocery stores as well as other attractions. The rooms were spacious and the private balcony and on property laundry was nice.
Negative: We only had lukewarm water at best and sometimes no hot water at all . On one occasion we did not have hot water for 5 hours. When I first went into my room there was a very fowl odor and I found a pair of dirty men’s underwear ; when I complained to the front desk I was told there was no house keeping and I would have to remove them myself. The elevator was also malfunctioning and was being repaired. On one occasion after the elevator was “repaired “ I became stuck in it causing a panic attack and asthma attack. This was very traumatic for me. I was told that they were sorry . The elevator was out of service for the rest of that day and the following day. I have a lot of trouble with stairs due to asthma and also knee issues. ( I was on the was on the third floor) There was lots of noise in the hallway late at night and in the parking lot at all hours. My clothing was also ruined in the washer after the first washer I used wash out of service but not marked and yet took my quarters . When I said something about this again I was only told they were sorry. I complained about the hot water and was only told they were sorry. I really do not feel as though my stay was worth the price I paid. Oh let’s not forget my card being ran when I first got there and when I asked why she told me not to worry and I said normally they just keep a copy on file and not actually run it. I was told there would be no charge made to my card and yet there is one.
